End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and Infowallet LLC covering the Diet.AI software application and the True Diet - Online Monitoring premium module (the "Software"). By installing, accessing, or using the Software you accept this agreement.

2. Licence granted

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, Infowallet LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Purchasing the True Diet - Online Monitoring upgrade extends this licence to the premium module inside your existing Diet.AI account.

3. Licence restrictions

  • Do not copy, distribute, rent, lease, lend, resell, or sublicense the Software.
  • Do not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Software.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Do not remove or alter proprietary notices, branding, or trademarks.
  • Do not share your account or licence with other people or use it on behalf of a business without our written permission.
  • Do not use the Software to build a competing product or to train competing models.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Infowallet LLC and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in this agreement.

5. AI-generated output

The premium module produces AI-generated content such as answers, recipes, meal plans, and exercise suggestions. This output is generated automatically, may contain errors, and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and no specific results are promised. You are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it and for consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.

6. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. This agreement applies to those updates unless they are accompanied by separate terms. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

7. Term and termination

This licence remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software. Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infowallet LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or health outcomes arising from the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
