Infowallet LLC is the controller responsible for personal data processed through Diet.AI and the True Diet - Online Monitoring premium module. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, email address, and login credentials.
Purchase information: order details, product purchased, and payment confirmation received from our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
Health and nutrition information you choose to provide: logged meals, macronutrients, goals, weight, activity, and preferences.
AI Expert interactions: the messages you send and the responses returned, when you use the premium module.
Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and usage events such as pages viewed and features used.
Support communications: emails and messages you send to us.

3. How we use your information

To provide, operate, and personalize the Services and their features.
To process purchases, unlock premium modules, and deliver customer support.
To generate AI responses, recipe suggestions, and guidance you request.
To secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug problems.
To measure usage and improve product quality and performance.
To send transactional messages, and marketing messages where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Services you purchased), your consent (for health-related data and marketing), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, product improvement), and legal obligations (tax and accounting records). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, including hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, AI model providers used to generate responses, analytics providers, and email or support tools.
