Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Diet.AI application, the True Diet - Online Monitoring premium module, and any related websites, pages, and services (together, the "Services") operated by Infowallet LLC ("Infowallet", "we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase or use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

3. The Services

Diet.AI is a nutrition tracking application. True Diet - Online Monitoring is an optional premium module that adds AI-powered guidance, including an AI Expert chat, recipe and meal plan suggestions, and exercise and lifestyle suggestions. The premium module is an add-on: Diet.AI remains fully usable without it.

4. No medical advice

The Services provide general informational and educational content only. They are not medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Content generated by artificial intelligence may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet, exercise routine, medication, or lifestyle, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a medical condition. You use the Services at your own risk.

5. Purchases and billing

Prices are displayed at the point of purchase and are charged in U.S. dollars. The True Diet - Online Monitoring upgrade is a one-time fee and is not a subscription. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; your use of those providers is subject to their own terms. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

6. Your account and conduct

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to:

  • Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services or their content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model data.
  • Use automated means to access, scrape, or overload the Services.
  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Share, sell, or transfer your access to any other person.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, text, design, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Infowallet LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User content

You retain ownership of the information you submit, such as logged meals and messages you send to the AI Expert. You grant us a licence to host, process, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Infowallet LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or health outcomes. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts located in New Mexico, unless mandatory law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
